| The list of the selected films will be announced on official web page of the festival - www.greenfest.rs, where all the necessary information regarding the Call can be found. Organizer - Environment Improvement Centre conducts the festival with the support of City of Belgrade Environmental Protection Secretariat and Vip mobile company and in cooperation with Dom omladine Beograd.
Call for amateur film is opened for all participants, with no age limits, and all applications will be considered if the shooting technique is totally amateur. The best films in this programme will be awarded in three age categories: Best film up 18 years, 18 - 27, and over 27 years. City of Belgrade Special Award will be delivered by Environmental Protection Secretariat representative. Awards within amateur programme are provided by Vip mobile.
Call for short film is dedicated to all film professionals who shoot films on nature, environment and ecology. Two best short film will be awarded.
"This year we continue with the activities oriented towards raising of civic activism in the nature and environment area, and number of visitors increasing every year clearly indicates that citizens have recognized energy and quality of the festival which continues to enlarge with new content, and guests from Serbia and international community. Sold out screenings and a large number of organizations wishing to participate and contribute to programme quality indicates that need for these topics exists and that the recognition of environmental issues is becoming a major topic in the society." - said Ms Ivana Jovcic, Executive Director of the Festival.
International Green Culture Festival "GREEN FEST" is the biggest annual "green" event in Serbia. Over 250 films from more than 35 countries have been screened, over 60 workshops for students were held, over 30 artists and exhibitors were presented in the previous three year's reaching the total of over 15 000 visitors.

for environmental documentary films and videos, for screening in the Programme of International Environmental Film Festival - „Green Screen Fest“ within International Green Culture Festival "Green Fest" that will take place in Belgrade, Serbia, from November 13th to 15th 2013, at Dom omladine, Belgrade, Serbia.
INTERNATIONAL CONTEST
1.AMATEUR FILM
Amateur film program is opened for all potential participants with no age limitations. We expect and encourage participation of students independently or through school projects, as well as citizens interested for this way of activism.
This year's topic for amateur film is „4 colours of green“
In this category, one can apply if the shooting technique is absolutely amateur. Films shoot with:
•mobile phones;
•digital photo camera;
•digital video camera;
Amateur films will be awarded in three age categories:
•Best amateur film in category up to 18 years
(Award by Vip mobile)
Best amateur film in category from 18 to 27 years
(Award by Vip mobile)
Best amateur film in category over 27 years
(Award by Vip mobile)
•Special Award - City of Belgrade – Environmental Protection Secretary
(Award value 300?€)
The maximum number of films per author to enter the contest is 5 (five); Individual length should not exceed 15 minutes; In screening selection 24 films will be chosen;
2.SHORT FILM
Short film program is opened for all film professionals focused on environmental issues and nature.
Short films will be awarded:
•The Best short film award (Award value 1000?€)
•Short film 2nd place award (Award value 700?€)
The maximum number of films per author to enter the contest is 3 (three); Individual length should not exceed 30 minutes; In screening selection 24 films will be chosen;
CONDITIONS FOR ENTRY
The applicants need to submit following:

?2 CD or DVD copies of the film in one of the following video formats: AVI, MOV, DVD, DIVX ;
- via internet:

?1 copy of the film in one of the following video formats: AVI, MOV, DIVX - via internet portal for documents sending (wetransfer.com, sendspace.com) on the address office@greenfest.rs
INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
•Films considered for screening in the official selection will be shown in the Program of International Environmental Film Festival „Green Screen Fest within International Green Culture Festival "Green Fest";
•Films that are submitted for consideration will remain in the Festival’s archives;
•All films for categories Short film MUST be subtitled in English, except films which have only English as spoken language;
•The organizers retain rights to use the films solely for promoting "Green Fest" and it's values;
•After the festival, awarded films will be screened within Green Fest on Road events throughout the Serbia in order to promote environmental protection and "Green Fest";
•The organizers confirms that films will not be screened commercially;
•For the screening of the films that are selected in programs of "Green Fest" no fees will be paid;
